Cash Purchase Scenario

If you’re paying cash, the process is simple and straightforward.

Step-by-Step (Cash Deal)

• You tell us the vehicle you want and your budget.
• We locate the vehicle through our dealer network.
• We inspect it to make sure it meets your expectations and has no obvious issues.
• We keep you updated through your custom Deal Portal so you always know what’s happening.
• Once the vehicle is located, inspected, and approved by you, we set up payment arrangements.
• After payment is arranged, we schedule delivery and complete all paperwork — including title transfer, registration, and DMV forms.

Financing Scenario

For financing deals, we do not approve loans — but we work directly with your bank or credit union to make the process easy.

Step-by-Step (Financing Deal)

• You tell us your budget and the type of vehicle you want.
• If you’re pre-approved, your lender has already given you your loan amount and terms.
• If you’re not pre-approved, you tell us the vehicle you want and we:
  • Send an example make/model to your lender.
  • Your bank or credit union reviews it and approves the loan based on that vehicle.

Once your lender gives the green light:

• We locate the vehicle.
• We inspect it.
• We keep you updated through your Deal Portal.
• We present the vehicle for your approval.

After you approve the vehicle, we coordinate with your lender for payment.
Then we schedule delivery and handle all paperwork — just like a cash deal.
